Select the "Scene Selections" option at the main menu. On this screen, the title "EXCEL 5" will appear. Select episode 19, then highlight the square above the second "E" in the title. Then, press your Up button to see a short clip about the services that the Alps Group provides.

Wait for the music to stop and restart. Press your Down button to highlight the scoop that has a "4" in it then press your Enter button to view a clip featuring Hyatt and Excel reciting a poem.
