On Disc 3 go to the Itchy & Scratchy & Poochy show episode menu.
Press left, a light will appear in the protection machine.
Press enter and it will show you a deleted scene.

On Disk 1, in the "You Only Move Twice" Episode Menu, press LEFT or UP and it will turn green a light in the projection machine. Press PLAY and it will show a deleted scene.
