Disc 1) Go in the S.H.I.E.L.D. Data Vault and enter the Personnel Dossier. You must click on each one: the Howard Stark, The Ten Rings, and Steve Rogers file then go right and another box pops up in their dossier it's classified SHIELD files. The Howard Stark classified file can also be accessed through the Project Iron Man section.
